Under such circumstances, the government is required to do something in order to enhance the quality of children’s education, three choices the most frequently mentioned: hiring more teachers to teach in small classes, educating children before kindergarten and providing teachers with more training courses. Given the abilities embraced in the preschool education and the transition it can offer to children who are about to begin the formal education, preschool education before kindergarten is the most suitable choice.

　　For one thing, preschool education cultivates children in various ways. As soon as children go to kindergarten or primary school, they are asked to engage in schoolwork and deprived of many activities that are responsible for the cultivation of their abilities. Therefore, it is necessary to have children access to such preschool education as brainstorming, toy bricks, robot making and other kinds of brain stimulations. When taking part in these activities, small children are prone to strengthening their brain, learning some basic skills or organization ability. For example, in some major cities, there is a prevailing trend among parents to send their children to institutions that teach children how to perceive, imagine and memorize things. Some children even learn to recite the whole page of writing after only 10 minutes. Such ability will, undoubtedly, enable these children to think logically and creatively, thus benefiting them in the long run.

　　For another, preschool education allows children to better adapt to life in school. Some children are too young to accept new ideas, concentrate on schoolwork and communicate with classmates. To trace back causes, it is the lack of preschool education that should be to blame. Providing that the children are sent to preschool education for a period of time, they will succeed in building up relationship with other children, attentively getting themselves involved in classes and learning novel things. It is obvious in many kindergartens that some children are better at listening to others’ ideas, chatting or playing with others and engaging in class activities. In order to find out what has lead to such phenomenon, a group of researchers surveyed the parents of these children. The result turned out that these children are all arranged to be exposed to some sorts of preschool education – handmade craft classes, robot making classes or English corner – to have a glimpse of the tips of getting well with other children and better concentrating in things they are learning. With such training and practice, these children will adapt to new environment more quickly and perform better in kindergarten and later school life.

Besides, more unqualified teachers springing up, educators and parents are worried about the quality of education after seeing the news going viral on the Internet about incapable teachers. That being said, small classes hardly fit for every child and it is uncertain that training courses are meant to cultivate professional teachers. Therefore, all factors taken into account, preschool education before kindergarten is the most feasible and helpful solution to improve children’s education today.
